Our 8-week program brings care to your home, helping you get back to doing the things that matter to you.
Our skilled team includes registered nurses, therapists and health professionals who work together to support your goals.
We create a plan that's right for you and adapt our support as you progress.
You'll have help at home while you rebuild your strength and independence.
Who is it for?
For seniors in specific locations in NSW and ACT
This service is for:
- Seniors, aged 65+
- First Nations people, aged 50+
- People in Kempsey, Coffs Harbour, Nambucca Valley, Camden, Mid-Coast, Liverpool, Fairfield, Canterbury-Bankstown, Campbelltown, Newcastle, Central Coast and Maitland, NSW and ACT

We receive government funding to provide this service. This means you will pay no fee or a small fee, depending on your situation. We'll always talk through the cost before we get started.
This service is free for most people. The government pays for your care and any items you need. You only pay if you want extra services not covered by the short-term restorative care program.
