Consumer voice

Consumer voice shapes our services.

How we work together — Our consumer committees make a real difference to how we work. Their advice and feedback improves our services, communications and community support. We work together to create better services and positive change.

Consumer, carer and community advisory committee

This committee brings essential insights directly to our Board and leadership team, helping shape our services and future direction. Members meet 5 times a year to discuss important topics like:

  • how to make our services more accessible
  • ways to improve the care experience
  • new ideas for supporting our community
  • changes that could make services work better for everyone.
