About Each
We are a not-for-profit health and support organisation committed to making care accessible to everyone. For over 50 years, we've been supporting people across Australia to live well and thrive in their communities.
We provide a responsive network of healthcare, mental health and social support services that wrap around you and your needs. Whatever you need, our teams work together to connect you with the right support.
Yes, we employ a broad range of qualified and experienced healthcare professionals including GPs (doctors), psychologists, mental health clinicians, social workers, occupational therapists, speech pathologists and other allied health professionals. Our clinical teams are registered with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and follow best-practice standards.
Our clinical teams specialise in mental health, family violence, alcohol and drug support, chronic disease management, child development and disability. Many also have additional expertise in areas like trauma, eating disorders and complex mental health support.
Person-centred care means you're in control of your support. We take time to understand what matters to you and shape our services to match your needs, values and goals. Instead of offering a one-size-fits-all approach, we build support around what works best for you and your life.
Our services are here for everyone. We understand that health and support services can sometimes feel out of reach. That's why we focus on making our services accessible and affordable. Most of our services are free or low-cost.
You'll find us across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Tasmania and the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). We offer different services in different locations based on what the local community needs.
Getting started

If you need help getting started, you can also contact our national support centre. We'll let you know if you need a referral and guide you through the process.
We provide free interpreter services in any language. Just let us know when you contact us, and we'll organise this for you.
We believe everyone deserves access to good care. Many of our services are free or low-cost, and we'll always discuss any costs with you upfront. We can help you check what support you might get through Medicare, NDIS or other programs.
