Who is it for?
For seniors in specific locations in NSW
This service is for:
- Seniors, aged 65+
- People in Port Macquarie, Kempsey, Coffs Harbour and Macksville, NSW
- Eligible NDIS participants

NDIS fees
As a registered NDIS provider, we understand that planning your NDIS support takes time and careful thought. Our NDIS fee schedule provides clear pricing information so you can confidently choose support that work for you and your goals.
Our home care package fees
We understand that making the most of your home care package helps you live well at home. Our detailed home care package fee schedules show all the costs involved in delivering your care.

Home care support
When you're approved for a home care package, there's usually a waiting period before your care can begin. But you don't have to wait to talk with us about your needs.
You can contact us after your initial My Aged Care assessment. If you are eligible for home care services, we'll talk through how we could support you to live well in your home.
Or, if you have your My Aged Care referral code, get in touch and we can start arranging your support straight away.
