How we help
Being a carer can be demanding. You give so much of yourself to support others, and it's important that you also have time to look after your own wellbeing.
CARES Connection offers free classes designed especially for carers. Every term features a different activity, giving you the chance to move your body, clear your mind and connect with others who understand your experiences.
After each class, there's time to relax and chat with other carers. All fitness levels and experience are welcome.
