Each is growing! We’ll soon launch Victoria’s first statewide virtual clinic for women, girls and gender-diverse people.
Funded by the Victorian government, this service will provide free, specialist reproductive and sexual health care to women, girls and gender-diverse people across the state. From pelvic pain to menopause, contraception to cervical screening, this service will be accessible, culturally safe and judgement-free.
In South West Sydney, we’re delivering the innovative My Care Partners program to help keep people with chronic and complex conditions out of hospital.
In Tasmania, we’ll soon open the state’s first dedicated headspace early psychosis youth service – along with a new headspace centre on Hobart’s eastern shore. We’ve been providing headspace services that benefit young people and their families for years, and we’re excited to provide these services to people in Tasmania.
Growth means we can help more Australians get the altogether better care they need.
That’s why we’re also proud to lead two consortiums of health and social care organisations that make it easier than ever to access the mental health services in NSW (Healthy Hub Connect) and Queensland (Better Connect).
We provide our services at low to no-cost because of the support of Australian governments.
The Victorian Department of Health funds the statewide virtual women’s clinic. My Care Partners in South West Sydney is funded by the Australian Government through South Western Primary Health Network.
Our Tasmanian services are funded by the Australian Government through Primary Health Tasmania, working collaboratively with headspace National, existing headspace lead agencies in Tasmania and Orygen.
Healthy Hub Connect is funded by Healthy North Coast through the North Coast Primary Health Network program, and Better Connect is funded by Country to Coast, Queensland, through the Australian Government’s Primary Health Network program.
