How we help

When mental health feels overwhelming, our team comes to you. We help young experiencing mental health symptoms or significant psychological distress to build confidence and manage their mental health and daily life.

  • Children and young people, aged 16-25
  • People in Knox, Maroondah, Yarra Ranges, Manningham, Whitehorse and Monash, VIC
