Each Housing

Each Housing offers affordable, safe and secure community housing for people who are marginalised, especially those with complex needs.

We don't provide support services directly. Instead, we partner with external support organisations to help our tenants access the assistance they need to live independently.

We maintain a small number of long-term community housing properties with limited vacancies. We don't keep a waiting list or accept direct client referrals. To be considered for housing, applicants must be registered on the Victorian Housing Register \(VHR\) as a priority applicant. When we have a vacancy, we either advertise it on the Each staff noticeboard or select directly from the VHR.
