Physiotherapist - Grade 1

As part of our Primary Health team, EACH is looking for a Physiotherapist to provide clinical Physiotherapy services, making a huge difference to the lives of those within our community.

In this role, you will assess and deliver evidence-based treatments to meet our customers' physical health needs, focusing on independent living, community engagement, and participation. You will collaborate with the Primary Health Team and external providers to support a multi-disciplinary approach to health and wellbeing. Additionally, you will contribute to service development and enhance your clinical skills through ongoing supervision, mentoring, and professional development opportunities. Key deliverables:

• High quality customer service delivery and satisfaction. Conduct assessments, develop goal-directed care plans, and implement appropriate intervention strategies to meet customer needs.
• Service development and innovation. Collaborate with allied health teams to ensure timely service delivery that meets contractual guidelines and current demand.
• Consistently achieve allocated annual targets to meet performance expectations.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to professional development and integrate new learning into clinical practice.
• Provide direction, training, and supervision for allied health assistants, volunteers, and other support staff involved in service delivery.
• Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance and continuous improvement within clinical practices and service delivery.

• Relevant Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
• Completion of a Criminal History Check and Employee Working With Children Check (or State equivalent) prior to commencement of employment and as required by legislation and policy during employment, as well as a duty to disclose relevant information that may arise after employment has commenced.
• A cleared National Worker Screening Check prior to commencement of employment.
• Current state-based driver’s license.
• Some exposure in neurological conditions – Preferred but not essential
• Experience working with Home Care Packages and NDIS - Preferred but not essential
