As part of our Primary Health team, EACH is looking for a Physiotherapist to provide clinical Physiotherapy services, making a huge difference to the lives of those within our community.

In this role, you will assess and deliver evidence-based treatments to meet our customers' physical health needs, focusing on independent living, community engagement, and participation. You will collaborate with the Primary Health Team and external providers to support a multi-disciplinary approach to health and wellbeing. Additionally, you will contribute to service development and enhance your clinical skills through ongoing supervision, mentoring, and professional development opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate professional to grow their career while making a meaningful impact.

Key deliverables:

  • High quality customer service delivery and satisfaction. Conduct assessments, develop goal-directed care plans, and implement appropriate intervention strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Service development and innovation. Collaborate with allied health teams to ensure timely service delivery that meets contractual guidelines and current demand.
  • Consistently achieve allocated annual targets to meet performance expectations.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to professional development and integrate new learning into clinical practice.
  • Provide direction, training, and supervision for allied health assistants, volunteers, and other support staff involved in service delivery.
  • Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance and continuous improvement within clinical practices and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Relevant Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
  • Completion of a Criminal History Check and Employee Working With Children Check (or State equivalent) prior to commencement of employment and as required by legislation and policy during employment, as well as a duty to disclose relevant information that may arise after employment has commenced.
  • A cleared National Worker Screening Check prior to commencement of employment.
  • Current state-based driver’s license.
  • Some exposure in neurological conditions – Preferred but not essential
  • Experience working with Home Care Packages and NDIS - Preferred but not essential
